Our technical staff is always looking at new technologies to offer the best solution to any processing problem you have.
THE BIRTH OF THE VACUUM LIFTER
In the past, before vacuum lifting engineering, the removal of heavy and delicate loads represented a serious problem to the daily running of the operation. The lifting sector, in particular, has always faced difficulties due to the use of rough lifting equipment, even for delicate and particularly bulky and heavy goods as well as the need to employ high number of staff to handle any single removal operation. Our vacuum lifting equipment highly improves driver safety, according to directive nr. 626. It also reduces the number of employees necessary to move heavy and bulky materials and the incidence of general breakages and damages to the handled goods. Vacuum lifting is particularly versatile when loading materials on manufacturing machinery such as pantograph for cutting, laser cutting machinery, glazers, folding presses, shears, fraises, blazers etc.
We also manufacture specific vacuum equipment designed for semi -mobile machinery, such as lifting trolleys, mobile cranes, cranes mounted on lorries.
Liftstyle has continued to develop new solutions, introducing many improvements both in terms of finishes and in terms of technology.
Today our manual machines can work at pressure lower than 4 bar with 90 liter /minute consumption rates using the highest quality Venturi meters.
This means we can increase our operating safety range even in critical moments when undersized compressed air production plants cannot guarantee 7 bar minimum air pressures.
